FOLLOW-UP: ALEXANDER WANG $50 MILLION LABOR SUIT

The US$ 50 million law suit against Alexander Wang will move to the US Federal Court.

The suit was originally filed in Queens Supreme Court, but last Thursday, March 15, a motion was filed to discontinue the case. Ming Hai, attorney for Wang's former employee Wenyu Lu, told the New York Post that the case will be refiled in federal court and handed to a specialized labor law lawyer.

A Wang's representative told the newspaper that "the claims of sweatshop conditions were completely and utterly untrue in every respect".
